The Jewish world can often be complicated and confusing. But when it comes to fighting anti-Semitism, supporting Israel, safeguarding the Jewish community, teaching the lessons of the Holocaust, promoting tolerance and understanding and engaging Jewishly in social justice advocacy and community service, JCRC makes it simple.
JCRC is the local organization that does all of this work.

More About the JCRC
Since 1939 we have protected Jewish interests and promoted Jewish ideals. While our community has come a long way since the Nazi Silver Shirts of the late 1930s, we know we musn’t let down our guard.
Amidst the complexity and uncertainty of this era, one thing is for certain: JCRC is as dedicated as ever to action on behalf of our community. Our reputation for assertive, responsible, proactive engagement and swift responses to concerns of the Jewish community are what make JCRC as valuable community resource.

Please help us by supporting one or more of our major initiatives:
- Stand Up for Israel! Our Israel initiative advocates for peace and security for Israel through education, information and community action. We are front and center working for Israel everyday, combating media bias, educating Jews and non-Jews and advocating to our elected officials about Israel.
- Tolerance Minnesota is the JCRC’s award-winning diversity initiative which offers schools, administrators and teachers the educational tools to reach Minnesota’s youth with messages of tolerance, understanding and civic responsibility.
- Justicesquared – Service and Advocacy to Repair the World gives youth, adults, seniors and families opportunities to engage on social justice issues in order to better the conditions of those in need.
- Safeguarding our Communities is JCRC’s initiative to fight anti-Semitism and protect Jewish agencies and synagogues. Providing security training, guidance and coordinating law enforcement helps ensure that our loca institutions remain safe and secure for our community.
Specific ways in which you can support the JCRC:
- Support JCRC’s programs through a designated or undesignated tax-deductible gift.
- Start an endowment in your family name or as a tribute to a loved one or a special friend. Your contribution can endow an educational program, an internship, a speaker series or a program of your choice.
- Designate the JCRC as your charity of choice, letting friends and family know that in lieu of gifts for special occasions you would like them to make a contribution to JCRC programs.
- Remember the JCRC in your estate plans. Including the JCRC in your estate plans lets your loved ones know that the interests of the Jewish community are an important part of your legacy.
- Make a donation of stocks and securities. Your stock donation can be earmarked for a tribute or a specific program or item at the JCRC.
- Urge your friends and family to become JCRC members.
